Численность и морфологическое разнообразие бактериофагов в городских почвах и твердых атмосферных выпадениях на территории г. Москвы
Аннотация
В работе представлены результаты исследования численности и морфологического разнообразия бактериофагов в образцах городских почв (урбанозема и реплантозема) и твердых атмосферных выпадений (ТАВ), отобранных на территории Москвы на участках с контрастной антропогенной нагрузкой. Показано, что численность бактериофагов (вирусных частиц, ВЧ) в почвах (1,12–2,10109ВЧг‒1) выше, чем в ТАВ (0,42–0,64109ВЧг‒1), что коррелирует с общей численностью бактерий. Получена коллекция бактериофагов (колифагов), заражающих штаммы Escherichiacoli с различным составом клеточной поверхности (разными типами О-антигенов). Установлено, что выделенные в ходе работы колифаги относятся к классу Caudoviricetes(хвостатые фаги) и характеризуются сифовирусным (имеют длинный несократимый хвост) и подовирусным (имеют короткий хвост) типом морфологии. Полученные данные подчеркивают важную роль бактериофагов в функционировании микробных сообществ урбоэкосистем и их биотехнологическом потенциале для использования в биоремедиации городских почв.Литература
